Job Description :

In Dell, as an Apprentice, you will learn to perform departmental tasks and activities and other related duties as required by business. Gain hands-on exposure in industry best practices by following standard operating procedures and putting your interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge to practical use.

You will:

1. Assist Support Direct Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities
2. Maintain good business relationships with customers by addressing their queries concerns during pre-sales post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management, coordination with support functions, etc)
3. Manage inbound sales leads by telephone, web or email do cold calling for leads generation

Here s what we are looking for with this role: 

Essential requirements 

1. BE/BTech/BCA/Bsc (2021/2022 passouts only)
2. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
3. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and customer-facing environment
4. Monday to Thursday regular hours. Friday – flexibility to work past 8 PM as per business need
